Norinco China Eagle (Hua-Ying or Huaying, 华鹰) series UAV are Chinese UAVs developed by (North Navigation Control Technology Co., Ltd. (北方导航控制技术股份有限公司) ) of Norinco. North Navigation Control Technology Co., Ltd. was previously known as China North Industries Group Corporation Electro-Opticals Science & Technology Ltd.
